About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Teach remotely in the Operations program at UMGC.
Deliver courses on Foundations of Project Management, Operations Management, Sustainability Management, Quality in the Value Chain, and Supply Chain.
Engage students through frequent interaction and provide feedback on their work.
Guide students in collaboration and application of their learning in problem- and project-based learning.
Provide feedback to the program chair on possible curricular improvements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master’s degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning.
Professional experience in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related field.
Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education is strongly preferred.
Terminal degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field from an accredited institution of higher learning is preferred.
