- Lead a team of Sales Engineers specialized in the public sector
- Establish best practices, methodologies, and technical standards for your team
- Provide coaching and professional development opportunities
- Develop and maintain deep expertise in the unique challenges facing public sector organizations
- Partner with Sales leadership to develop account strategies for key public sector clients
- Oversee the design and delivery of tailored demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects
- Guide your team in customizing UiPath solutions to meet specific requirements
- Contribute to revenue growth by providing the technical expertise needed to close deals
Requirements
- US citizenship with previous experience working in the federal, state or local sectors
- Experience working with various public sector agencies and branches of government
- 5+ years of technical sales engineering or solution architecture experience
- 3+ years of team management or leadership experience that is relevant to sales engineering
- Strong technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships in the public sector
- Fluent written and spoken English plus proficiency in a second language
- Offers Equity
- $45K – $60K Commission
