Work alongside a talented team of passionate sales and sales engineering professionals to grow and scale Dataiku’s presence in LATAM, including developing demonstrations, trainings, and enabling partners prior to service delivery (addressing ad hoc queries and providing support during office hours). This includes those with machine learning specialization.
Qualify deals through collaboration with the sales team and partner team
Conduct discovery meetings and learn from the customer about their business requirements and technical environment
Partner with the Opportunity Team to communicate business value to prospective customers
Design and create Dataiku DSS additional demonstrations, Proofs-of-Concept (POC), and evaluations that clearly illustrate how to apply Dataiku DSS to deliver customer value
Facilitate continuous partner enablement through sales and product content creation and delivery, including surfacing use cases relevant to building Data science projects or MLOps pipelines
Answer questions and provide technical guidance to the customer’s technical team regarding the demonstrated or evaluated solutions
Assist in sales pipeline building activities including attendance at live and/or virtual trade-shows and industry conferences, working with marketing and or partners on campaign design and execution and other activities specified by sales and pre-sales management
Automate and streamline the partner on-boarding process from a technical standpoint - DSS and data science training, data science enablement and support
Act as an evangelist to carry our mission to the market and partner ecosystems
Requirements
Strong natural and intellectual curiosity especially around the application of technology to solve all kinds of problems within LATAM and/or LATAM markets
At least 10 years experience in technical pre-sales, preferably in a high-growth environment
A proven track record of navigating complex consulting organizations, including experience collaborating with executive relationships
Experience in the data science, analytics, or big data markets is preferred but not required
Comfortability talking to all levels of customer teams from individual contributors to C-level executives
Deep experience working with at least one of the major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Knowledge of machine learning libraries and techniques
Fluency in English and Spanish is required; Portuguese fluency is also preferred
