Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
Conduct in-depth discovery to map business processes and identify pain points.
Design and deliver compelling Proofs of Value anchored to core business outcomes.
Address technical objections and articulate how Squint integrates with existing manufacturing workflows.
Engage with key stakeholders, from plant managers to C-level executives, to ensure alignment on business objectives.

Requirements
Experience: 3-5+ years in a technical customer-facing role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions.
Technical Proficiency: Ability to design and scope AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions and Proof of Value implementations.
Analytical Skills: Ability to understand customer needs, analyze data, and tailor solutions to address specific pain points.
Communication Skills: Ability to create technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses to share with stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
Adaptability: Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, inventing solutions on-the-fly.
Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
