About the role
- Develop RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers
- Organise and lead site visits with clients and suppliers
- Produce accurate project costings and delivery plans
- Lead client discussions and maintain strong professional relationships
- Arrange and chair project handover meetings to ensure smooth transitions
Requirements
- Ability to confidently read and interpret architectural plans
- Strong contract negotiation experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the office fit-out sector (or related field)
- Good working knowledge of building regulations
- Full UK driving licence
- Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors)
- Project Management certification (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent)
