Planning, initialization, management, controlling, and completion of projects
Manage scope, budget, and schedule adherence within projects
Responsible for risk management and proactive change management

Develop and implement interdisciplinary concepts for clients (logistics/SCM, quality management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, business development, project management, finance/controlling, and business management)
Ensure compliance with and contribute to optimization and further development of project management standards
Coach colleagues or clients in management of projects, sub-projects, or workstreams
Requirements
Degree in economics or industrial engineering, technical study course, natural sciences, or related fields
3+ years experience as a project manager in classic or agile projects
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry or medical technology setups
Knowledge of classic (PRINCE2, PMI) or agile (Scrum, SAFe, IPMA) management systems; certifications welcome
Experience as internal project manager, management consultant, or key account manager
Convincing appearance, presentation and moderation skills, and strong communication skills
