About the role
- Planning, initialization, management, controlling, and completion of projects
- Manage scope, budget, and schedule adherence within projects
- Responsible for risk management and proactive change management
- Regular, transparent, and timely customer communication
- Develop and implement interdisciplinary concepts for clients (logistics/SCM, quality management, regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, business development, project management, finance/controlling, and business management)
- Ensure compliance with and contribute to optimization and further development of project management standards
- Coach colleagues or clients in management of projects, sub-projects, or workstreams
Requirements
- Degree in economics or industrial engineering, technical study course, natural sciences, or related fields
- 3+ years experience as a project manager in classic or agile projects
- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry or medical technology setups
- Knowledge of classic (PRINCE2, PMI) or agile (Scrum, SAFe, IPMA) management systems; certifications welcome
- Experience as internal project manager, management consultant, or key account manager
- Convincing appearance, presentation and moderation skills, and strong communication skills
- Analytical capabilities and a hands-on mentality
- Business fluent English (and possibly German)
- Good command of MS Office
