• Commercial Air Conditioning &amp; Ventilation Engineer role covering London &amp; Home Counties; mobile role with planned maintenance, fault finding, and reactive repairs on a wide range of HVAC systems; liaison with customers on-site; participating in on-call rota for out-of-hours support; documenting work via mobile field system; pressure testing and recharging refrigerant circuits in line with F-Gas regulations; replacing defective components and upgrades; checking and adjusting system control parameters (basic BMS knowledge required).

• Develop RFQs from initial design concepts for subcontractors and suppliers
• Organise and lead site visits with clients and suppliers
• Produce accurate project costings and delivery plans
