Analyze financial data: Collect, monitor, and study financial data to identify trends and recommend actions. Identify and correct data issues. Determine the cost of operations by establishing standard costs and collecting and interpreting operational data.
Provide financial reporting: Prepare and present financial reports, comparing actual results with plans and forecasts. Maintain financial databases by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
Enable process improvement: Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve financial processes and increase productivity. Lead projects related to financial and data analysis.
Variance Analysis: Monitor variances, identify and interpret trends, and recommend actions to management.
Reconciliation: Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Maintain technical knowledge: Stay updated with financial regulations and best practices by attending workshops and reviewing publications.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, SAP).
Ability to professionally communicate fluently in verbal and written English.
Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive work environment.
Computer literacy/basic computer skills to effectively navigate and utilize the technology required for the role.
