About the role
- Collaborate with Finance and other stakeholder groups to identify and resolve system issues and evaluate system enhancements
- Serve as primary point of contact for Workday inquiries related to Finance
- Configure Workday modules including Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payables, Treasury, and Grants
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to address user issues and system enhancements
- Triage and resolve tickets based on established SLAs and independently troubleshoot issues
- Communicate resolutions timely to end users and support user adoption
- Support organizational change initiatives related to Workday implementations and upgrades
- Serve as project and/or subject lead on projects of varying sizes and scopes
- Lead and participate in internal controls and audit activities supporting the Finance domain
- Stay current with industry trends and new Workday releases and engage in continuous learning
- Perform other duties as assigned and comply with Wellstar policies and code of conduct
Requirements
- High School Diploma (General) or Associate's/Bachelor's in Computer and Information Science - preferred
- All certifications are required upon hire unless otherwise stated
- Minimum 5 years ERP configuration experience, preferably Workday
- Minimum 6 years IT experience in a healthcare or related industry (Finance)
- In-depth understanding of supporting ERP platforms, preferably Workday
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems and offer solutions in the Workday platform
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide guidance to other team members
- Ability to multi-task, complete assigned tasks independently with close attention to detail
