About the role
- Lead daily IT operations and project progress for Division's IT and IT Security Program
- Provide enterprise-level support and services to Government customer serving a few thousand end-users in Washington, DC area
- Oversee IT Operations team activities while maintaining operational continuity
- Provide oversight for remote and on-site support until incidents are resolved
- Provide root cause and mitigation analysis post-incident within 24 hours
- Identify strengths and weaknesses of team members and support their development
- Leverage Vendor Support contracts for system changes and troubleshooting
- Perform management duties covering scope of job whenever needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an IT or a related field
- Current PMP certification
- Current CSM (Certified Scrum Master) certification
- 6+ yrs. of professional Project Management experience
- Experience managing a team of IT professionals on multiple projects and concurrent operational support.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a Secret clearance
