About the role
- Provide leadership and guidance across multiple IT projects
- Define and manage project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders
- Create clear and attainable project objectives and requirements
- Manage constraints of cost, time, and scope while maintaining quality
- Establish project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Identify and manage dependencies and critical paths
- Communicate project plans, updates, and progress clearly and effectively
- Direct and manage project development from initiation to closure
- Lead knowledge transfer and ensure continuity across teams
- Manage multiple smaller projects concurrently
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in IT Project Management
- PMP Certified
- Proven leadership ability and strategic thinking
- Experience managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Two (2) engagements lasting more than six months in an IT Project Manager role
- Bonus Points If You Have Experience with Digital Content Management and workflow tools
- Familiarity with government or enterprise-level project environments
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field
- PMP certification required
