National Product Support Manager

Sales

• Participate in team meetings with assigned regions to support market initiatives and selling efforts
• Partner with sellers to prepare for and attend renewal meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for customers in assigned markets
• Collaborate with cross functional teams-including Invoicing, Care, Ops, and IT-to improve NPS and reduce cancellations
• Engage with Pricing teams and deliver pricing proposals for customers and sales teams.
• Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and progress towards overall sales goals and initiatives.
• Represent Brink’s at trade shows as needed, presenting solutions to existing and prospective customers.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives

Implementation Specialist

• Serve as on-site, customer support representative to facilitate customers successful integration of software solution into daily business processes
• Provide daily management and oversight of assigned client implementation projects
• Lead/facilitate meetings with internal team and client stakeholders
• Collaborate with Product Implementation Team Manager and liaise with customer to ensure clarity and mutual agreement of project scope
• Utilize Project Implementation processes and tools throughout customer implementation lifecycle
• Recommend process/tool enhancements
• Facilitate timely decisions to maintain project schedule and budget
• Establish professional working relationship with clients with primary focus on key stakeholders and decision makers
• Set and manage client expectations through project work plans and effective communication
• Ensure relevant training is provided to customer
• Share information/feedback from customer engagements with Product Implementation Team Manager pursuant to product enhancement and refinement of product vision and development strategy
