Support Engineer

• Perform all aspects of ATM operations including programming, assembly, repair, cash loading and installation
• Make on-site visits to locations to diagnose, repair, or install ATM equipment
• Program ATM’s unassisted or with assistance from Technical Support
• Install, repair or replace ATM signage in customer locations
• Support VTS Branches with cash loading ATMs
• Implement Standard Operating Procedures associated with carrying / transporting cash
• Evaluate and ensure the location is secure before exiting the armored vehicle

Field Support Technician, Travel Tech

Manager

• Support the proposal development, negotiation, and application phase for implementation of Brinks Digital Retail Solutions (DRS) across North America to enhance customer onboarding and accelerate revenue
• Work collaboratively with internal and external process partners during proposal development to deliver optimized implementation plans for new DRS customers
• Finalize customer deployment plan during negotiation phase
• Partner with DRS Implementation manager to understand project management capacity and assignment for large estate customers
• Develop connectivity among multiple installers to maximize yield relative to available capacity across markets
• Support the monthly DRS S&OP and Forecasting Outlook to meet financial targets
• Utilize Brinks internal systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and Power BI to track project status
• Foster a positive environment encouraging guidance, feedback and participation in Brinks DRS Strategy Deployment Initiatives

Account Executive

• Qualify all sales leads and prospecting efforts to pursue potential new customers for Brink’s services, including assessing potential risk and exposure to the company.
• Expand market share where Brink’s does not have a strong presence; develop relationships through networking with a focus on India.
• Respond to RFPs and bid requests adhering to Solution Selling principles.
• Establish and maintain multi-level business relationships with executive and senior level management with respect to customer accounts.
• Develop new contacts in other areas of customer accounts where additional services can be utilized and outsourced to Brink’s.
• Manage all aspects of contract maintenance and renewal based on the terms of the agreements; improve the terms of agreement to meet specific Brink’s needs when renewing contracts, particularly when profitability can favorably be impacted.
• Assure that rate increases are administered in a timely and professional manner.
• Respond to and resolve customer service and problem situations as needed by providing exemplary customer service to all new and existing customers.
• Follow up on accounts receivable, “past due” situations when requested by management.
• Communicate market developments and trends that will assist in determining marketing strategy for the area, region and US operations.
• Report competitor situations and activities to the General Manager and branch managers who could be impacted by these events.
• Assist other departments as directed by Senior Management (ie: Trade Shows, Other Branches etc).
• Properly fill out paperwork and administrative forms that are required to initiate service for customers.
• Cross-train and perform other duties as assigned.
