About the role
- Participate in team meetings with assigned regions to support market initiatives and selling efforts
- Partner with sellers to prepare for and attend renewal meetings and quarterly business reviews (QBRs) for customers in assigned markets
- Collaborate with cross functional teams-including Invoicing, Care, Ops, and IT-to improve NPS and reduce cancellations
- Engage with Pricing teams and deliver pricing proposals for customers and sales teams.
- Provide regular reporting and updates to leadership, highlighting key performance metrics and progress towards overall sales goals and initiatives.
- Represent Brink’s at trade shows as needed, presenting solutions to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support business objectives
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing relationships and selling complex solutions and service offerings to Retail accounts
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
- Proven ability to create executive-level reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated success in selling premium solutions in a price-sensitive industry
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Management
