About the role
- Frequently responsible for the day-to-day operations of the center and run daily operations in General Manager’s absence
- Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources to appropriate projects
- Manage and assign team members to ensure customers receive an excellent first impression and highest quality of care
- Perform miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
- Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University
- Work as part of a team and learn valuable skills to advance career
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Driver’s license and ability to maintain a clean driving record
- Leadership experience in any form
- Customer service experience
- Ability to work a variety of shifts
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 50 lbs. (physical demands described)
