• Support the site manager with facility operations
• Answer phone inquiries from active and prospective customers
• Show storage units, explain the terms of rental agreements and prepare rental contracts
• Perform general routine property cleanup and minor repair work
• Ensure that all vacant storage units are clean, dry, secure and available for new customers
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University
• Perform other duties as assigned

Storage Customer Service Representative

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.
• Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental.
• Install hitches and trailer wiring.
• Fill propane (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Drive a forklift (certification offered through U-Haul upon employment).
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University.

• Perform installations with a high degree of accuracy, safety, and professionalism
• Join and work as part of the U-Haul service team

• Run daily operations of center in General Manager’s absence
• Make moment-to-moment decisions to allocate time and resources appropriately
• Manage and assign your team members to ensure that customers receive an excellent first impression and the highest quality of care
• Miscellaneous duties such as installing hitches, brake controllers, etc.
• Participate in ongoing continuous U-Haul education through U-Haul University

Assistant Manager, Moving Center

• Assist customers inside and outside a U-Haul center with U-Haul products and services.
• Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory.
• Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers.
• Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels.
• Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services.

• Assist with calls from and to customers
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement
• Direct incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status to help balance regional market inventory levels
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product
• Work under the direction of the Traffic Control Manager

• Storage Affiliate Agent - Part Time Remote – U-Haul Storage Affiliate locations across the U.S. and Canada participate in inbound calls to assist customers with storage needs
• Join a tight-knit network of knowledgeable Agents who navigate defined guidelines to facilitate a seamless and efficient customer journey
• Compensation: $17-20/hour with base wage plus discretionary sales bonus per reservation; base wage may be higher depending on state/local minimum wage laws
• Work From Home requirements include private, quiet workspace; a personal computer that meets technical requirements; and internet speeds
• Initial paid training: three-week program through U-Haul University to prepare you for duties
• Availability 1:00 PM–7:00 PM Arizona time; Saturdays and holidays required
