About the role

  • Report to Team Manager(s), ERP and operate within the ERP team
  • Support global teams across multiple time zones and international partners
  • Participate in industry conferences and global networking to drive business growth
  • Own project lifecycle for assigned ERP implementations: planning, tracking, and completion of deliverables
  • Configure ERP systems (Sage Intacct, Sage 300) based on client requirements
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and system validation to ensure accurate setup and functionality
  • Lead client training sessions and provide documentation for system use
  • Maintain billable utilization and meet project deadlines
  • Track all assigned project tasks in the ERP team’s system of record and communicate progress, risks, and blockers
  • Communicate proactively with clients and internal stakeholders regarding timelines and deliverables
  • Flag scope changes and risks early, providing recommendations for resolution
  • Build trusted relationships with clients and act as point of contact for support or escalations
  • Identify opportunities for client growth and process improvements
  • Collaborate with senior consultants, project leads, managers, Sales and Finance to support team success and drive new business
  • Contribute to documentation of processes, lessons learned, and best practices; participate in internal training
  • Provide technical assistance as needed and intervene in client disputes when escalated
  • Support innovation and change management by encouraging adoption of new technologies and improving service effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and stay abreast of industry trends

Requirements

  • 3+ experience in ERP implementations, with direct configuration and delivery responsibility or related professional services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration-Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related field or in lieu of degree 5+ years of relevant experience
  • Strong expertise in ERP systems and compliance processes
  • 3+ years of Intacct experience
  • 3+ years working in a multi-client, multi-time zone environment
  • Experience in managing teams, developing training programs, and optimizing workforce productivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
  • Preferred: demonstrated success in supporting operational efficiency, process improvements, and cost optimization
  • Preferred: experience working with teams within a remote global or multi-regional environment
  • Preferred: background in process automation and payroll technology solutions
  • Preferred: experience using Asana, Monday, or Task Document Management systems
  • Strong experience in client retention strategies and business development initiatives
  • Ability to travel onsite based on business and management needs
  • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods and communicate effectively in person, by phone and by computer
