About the role

  • Match Conga product capabilities to customers' business goals to drive value
  • Foster customer relationships and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Provide guidance, usage/adoption recommendations, and risk identification/mitigation
  • Coach customers to follow best practices and maximize ROI
  • Conduct discovery and targeted outreach to improve customer engagement
  • Contribute to customer onboarding and new hire onboarding experience
  • Work cross-functionally across the business and report to Manager, Customer Success
  • Improve customer retention and sentiment through expert product support

Requirements

  • 2+ years using or administering a Contract management or DocGen product
  • 2+ years coaching technical customers to improve product configuration and setup
  • Ability to challenge customers professionally and enforce best practices
  • Salesforce administration experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong relationship building and customer experience focus
  • Curious mindset and proactive approach to customer engagement
  • Passion and initiative; entrepreneurial spirit
  • Industry experience (revenue ops, legal ops, sales ops, etc.) of 3-5 years preferred
