  • Role: Marketing Analyst (Growth Marketing) leveraging data analytics to drive growth strategies for clients
  • Identify growth opportunities, optimise marketing campaigns, and enhance audience engagement using data and metrics
  • Manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and conduct competitive analysis to inform strategy
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate insights and strategies to clients and internal stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging digital marketing tactics to keep strategies innovative and effective

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets and translate findings into actionable strategies
  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels such as META, Google Search, TikTok and LinkedIn
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to craft compelling narratives from data
  • Proactive approach; able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
  • Sharp eye for detail; ensure accuracy across dashboards, reports and campaign builds
  • Team player comfortable building trusted relationships with clients through clear and timely responses
  • Experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, or similar roles (beneficial)
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, social media analytics platforms, and marketing automation software (beneficial)
