About the role
- Help job seekers find their next job and deliver great results for clients using Adzuna’s platform
- Use programmatic and AI tools optimising billions of data points to deliver results for diverse employers across Europe
- Be a key player in the Campaign Delivery team, coordinating with customers and internal International, UK, Marketing, and Product teams
- Deliver high-quality jobs to millions of monthly users and lead optimisation and coordination of recruitment campaigns
- Act as a consultant to internal teams and occasionally liaise directly with major clients
- Support onboarding of new clients and provide timely budget forecasts, analysis and quotes
- Work closely with marketing and sales to identify opportunities and maximise revenue and budget delivery
- Work with tracking tools like pixels and URL parameters and collaborate with tech, client and sales to understand and optimise results
- Test new channels and approaches, measuring and improving performance and efficiency to maximise revenue growth
Requirements
- Fluency in English and strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a data analysis or advertising operations role
- Strong numerical skills, able to analyse and optimise campaigns
- Excellent internal and external rapport builder / people skills, establishing strong relationships
- Confident to sell an idea or product
- Strong work ethic, drive and passion
- Continuous improvement mentality
- Bonus: Able to speak another European language like German, French, Spanish
- Bonus: Experience working with Business Intelligence tools
