About the role
- Build and maintain trusted, strategic relationships with key client stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals, KPIs, and long-term success.
- Develop deep expertise in Twin Health’s programs, clinical operations, implementation process, and growth marketing strategies to effectively advise clients.
- Navigate complex health plan and employer partner environments across mid-market, large, and jumbo client segments.
- Provide data-driven, consultative recommendations to drive member engagement, improve outcomes, and enhance client satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver compelling client reporting including ROI analysis and business reviews tailored to each client’s strategic objectives.
- Monitor client health proactively, identifying and mitigating risks to satisfaction, engagement, and retention.
- Turn high-performing clients into brand advocates through success stories, testimonials, and case studies.
- Lead strategies to maximize program adoption and member engagement, ensuring clients achieve meaningful, measurable results.
- Leverage data insights to improve the client experience and inform strategic adjustments.
- Collaborate with Marketing to create compelling client success stories, case studies, and referenceable proof points.
- Support and lead client events, webinars, and special initiatives that foster engagement and community-building.
- Own and manage the full client renewal lifecycle for your portfolio, ensuring timely and successful renewals.
- Identify and secure expansion and upsell opportunities by aligning solutions with evolving client needs.
- Surface and communicate risks to renewal or expansion early, partnering cross-functionally to resolve them.
- Serve as the central point of contact for client escalations, driving resolution by coordinating with Implementation, Clinical, Product, and Business Development teams.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Executive leadership to share client insights and inform continuous improvement.
- Partner with Member Marketing to co-develop promotional strategies and toolkits that drive member engagement and program impact.
- Take initiative and lead by example willing to roll up your sleeves and operate with a strong sense of urgency to meet client needs and business objectives.

Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or a similar. Customer-facing role, ideally within a SaaS, health, or services-driven organization.
- Proven track record of driving client growth, engagement, and retention.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and working independently.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- A collaborative mindset and a passion for making a meaningful impact.
- Compelling presentation/storytelling skills, to be assessed during recruiting process.
- The flexibility and agility to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
