Principal Product Manager, Consumer Experiences

Salesforce Developer

• Design, develop, and deploy custom APEX classes, triggers, batch jobs, and schedulers to meet complex business requirements, while also administering and maintaining the Salesforce org to ensure platform stability, performance, and scalability.
• Build modern, responsive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura components.
• Configure and optimize Sales Cloud features including Opportunities, Leads, Contracts and Campaigns.
• Design and implement REST API integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms including Gong, HubSpot, and Salesloft.

Accounting Manager

• Lead the day-to-day general ledger accounting and manage the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, ensuring timeliness and accuracy in accordance with US GAAP.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a high-performing accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
• Serve as the primary administrator and subject matter expert for our ERP systems, optimizing workflows, managing integrations, and ensuring data integrity.
• Partner with the broader finance team to monitor daily cash flow, assist in preparing cash flow forecasts, and optimize working capital to support the company's operational needs and financial health.

• Apply and interpret robust analytic methods including difference-in-differences analyses, quasi-experimental designs, longitudinal outcomes evaluation, and actuarial-style cost modeling.
• Translate clinical and utilization outcomes into defensible estimates of total cost of care impact and return on investment (ROI).
• Ensure modeling frameworks align with how payer actuarial and medical economics teams evaluate vendor interventions and population health programs.
• Maintain and evolve the economic models that underpin Twin’s ROI methodology, payer evaluations, and strategic insights.
• Participate in payer and employer discussions to explain and defend Twin’s methodology for calculating PMPM (Per Member Per Month) savings, cost offsets, and ROI.
• Partner with commercial and market access teams to translate economic findings into clear value narratives for health plans and self-insured employers.
• Support development of payer-facing materials including economic evidence summaries, value dossiers, and executive briefing content.
• Provide analytical guidance during strategic evaluations with benefit consultants, employer coalitions, and payer actuarial teams.
• Design and maintain credible economic and actuarial models used for payer evaluation, strategic analysis, and external publications.
• Ensure models are transparent, defensible, and aligned with industry expectations for total cost of care analysis across Commercial and Medicare Advantage populations.

Director, Payer Economics – HEOR Strategy

Application Engineer

• Design, implement, and manage application and cloud security tooling across AWS, including Security Hub, GuardDuty, Macie, Inspector, and related automation.
• Lead the deployment and configuration of Wiz CSPM, collaborating with infrastructure and DevOps teams to enhance visibility and remediation workflows
• Manage secure code scanning processes, integrating SAST (Static Analysis) and DAST (Dynamic Analysis) using Sonar Cloud to identify and remediate vulnerabilities early in the SDLC.
• Develop automated pipelines and playbooks for vulnerability triage, remediation tracking, and reporting of metrics. (MTTD, MTTR)
• Partner with software engineering teams to embed security into CI/CD pipelines and promote secure coding practices.

• Responsible for daily operations of direct reports while driving operational initiatives
• Leads clinical implementation efforts within an assigned team or partner for new technologies and workflows, which includes working in close partnership with operations leaders, product, engineering and design teams
