About the role

  • Proactively source and recruit candidates across professional, clinical, and non-clinical roles
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned communities from application through onboarding
  • Maintain consistent, daily communication with assigned communities
  • Conduct virtual and onsite interviews, present job offers, review compensation, and negotiate salaries when appropriate
  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings and orientations for new hires
  • Create, maintain, and optimize job advertisements to attract top talent
  • Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure smooth introduction to the organization
  • Collaborate with scheduling coordinators to assess and fulfill staffing needs
  • Perform audits and partner with Senior Recruiters and leadership to analyze findings and develop improvement plans
  • Work with regional and community leadership to identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions
  • Ensure communities have training, tools, and resources for hiring, onboarding, and retention
  • Conduct New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Interviews to support retention strategies
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned to support organizational goals

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • Prior experience in Long-Term Care or Senior Living recruitment highly preferred
  • Proficient in navigating web-based platforms with strong computer and typing skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively and build cooperative relationships
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) required
  • Experience with iCIMS and Paycom strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with the Indeed platform and other major recruiting tools highly preferred
  • Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
  • Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel and travel on short notice
