Proactively source and recruit candidates across professional, clinical, and non-clinical roles
Manage end-to-end recruitment process for assigned communities from application through onboarding
Maintain consistent, daily communication with assigned communities
Conduct virtual and onsite interviews, present job offers, review compensation, and negotiate salaries when appropriate
Coordinate pre-employment screenings and orientations for new hires
Create, maintain, and optimize job advertisements to attract top talent
Guide new hires through onboarding to ensure smooth introduction to the organization
Collaborate with scheduling coordinators to assess and fulfill staffing needs
Perform audits and partner with Senior Recruiters and leadership to analyze findings and develop improvement plans
Work with regional and community leadership to identify recruitment challenges and implement solutions
Ensure communities have training, tools, and resources for hiring, onboarding, and retention
Conduct New Hire Feedback Logs and Exit Interviews to support retention strategies
Complete additional duties and projects as assigned to support organizational goals
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1 year of full-cycle recruiting experience required
Prior experience in Long-Term Care or Senior Living recruitment highly preferred
Proficient in navigating web-based platforms with strong computer and typing skills
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities
Keen attention to detail
Proven ability to work collaboratively and build cooperative relationships
Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and initiative
Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) required
Experience with iCIMS and Paycom strongly preferred
Familiarity with the Indeed platform and other major recruiting tools highly preferred
Must be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time, including overnight travel and travel on short notice
