About the role

  • Own and grow Turtlebox’s national retail account business with outdoor, hunting/fishing, premium lifestyle, and specialty big-box retailers.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with national and specialty retailers to drive sell-in and sell-through growth.
  • Lead seasonal planning, promotional execution, and forecasting using Excel, Salesforce, and EDI systems.
  • Ensure account/vendor compliance by managing orders, chargebacks, and reporting through EDI, QuickBooks, and Shopify.
  • Develop and maintain accurate dashboards and sales reports, providing data-driven insights to optimize growth opportunities.
  • Partner with operations, marketing, finance, and product teams to align on promotions, launches, and execution.
  • Secure fixtures, POP displays, merchandising, and in-store events to expand Turtlebox’s retail presence.
  • Leverage tools and systems to drive accurate reporting, operational efficiency, and scalable growth.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of consumer packaged goods or wholesale sales experience, ideally in outdoor, sporting goods, or premium consumer products.
  • Demonstrated success in growing wholesale revenue and managing national or key retail accounts.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, reporting).
  • Experience with Salesforce, QuickBooks, Shopify, and EDI systems (SPS Commerce preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills with a track record of accurate reporting, process management, and compliance oversight.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset with ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.

  • Comfortable managing data and compliance requirements across multiple platforms.
