Outside Sales

• Develop and execute a growth strategy for the Great Lakes region, meeting and exceeding revenue targets for independent accounts.
• Identify, prospect, and open new retail partners in alignment with Turtlebox’s brand ethos (outdoor, premium, and lifestyle specialty shops).
• Strengthen relationships with existing dealers to grow sell-in and sell-through, ensuring repeat orders and category growth.
• Drive visibility of Turtlebox at retail by securing fixtures, POP displays, merchandising, and in-store events.
• Actively travel throughout the territory to conduct store visits, clinics, and events—serving as the brand face for Turtlebox.
• Maintain accurate pipeline management, sales forecasting, and territory performance tracking.
