About the role
- Work directly with customers in the pre-sales phase to evaluate their use cases and guide technical decision-making
- Design and prototype lightweight integration examples using Turnkey’s APIs and SDKs
- Join technical calls to answer questions around security architecture, enclave infrastructure, and developer workflows
- Develop integration plans for customers and collaborate with the Customer Support team in their implementation
- Contribute to customer-facing materials: sample code, technical diagrams, implementation guides, whitepapers, etc.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integration paths and unblock deals
- Assist in completing security, infrastructure, and architecture due diligence forms
- Capture technical feedback and relay product feature gaps back to the internal team
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our developer experience, including flagging gaps in documentation or SDKs
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role, such as solutions engineering, sales engineering, or developer advocacy
- Proficiency with TypeScript and modern developer tooling (e.g., GitHub, REST APIs)
- Familiarity with cloud architecture concepts and security best practices, such as AWS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain and visualize technical concepts to both engineers and business stakeholders
- Self-starter attitude and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment
- High technical empathy — you understand what it’s like to be on the other side of the API
- Strongly Preferred: Experience working in the Web3 ecosystem — wallets, protocols, or smart contracts
- Understanding of security best practices, including TEEs, key management, or secure signing flows
- Familiarity with observability tools like Grafana or similar
- Prior experience contributing to or working alongside developer products or platforms
