Support Engineer

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues across our SDKs and APIs covering web, mobile, and backend integrations
• Debug integrations across a variety of platforms and languages
• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs, partnering with engineering to drive them to resolution
• Support customers in setting up and verifying integrations, including configuration, auth flows, and signing
• Create and maintain example code, troubleshooting guides, and internal playbooks
• Spot patterns in recurring issues and propose fixes or improvements to documentation and SDKs
• Partner with Product and Engineering to relay feedback and insights from the field
• Help improve internal tools and processes to scale our technical support function

Technical Support Engineer

Account Executive

• Build the Enterprise Motion: Establish Turnkey’s presence in the enterprise market, identifying new verticals and high-value opportunities.
• Own Full Sales Cycle: Drive deals end-to-end—prospect, qualify, run technical discovery, design solutions, negotiate contracts, and close.
• Craft Deal Strategies: Develop creative approaches for first-of-kind, complex deals; align cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally.
• Engage the C-Suite: Build trusted relationships with senior decision makers (CIO, CTO, CISO, CFO) at the world’s largest enterprises.
• Navigate Complex Products: Translate technical capabilities (APIs, security models, integrations) into clear business value for diverse stakeholders.
• Influence GTM & Product: Partner closely with founders, exec, Product, and Engineering—bringing market insights back to shape our roadmap.
• Represent Turnkey Externally: Act as an ambassador at industry events, conferences, and in strategic networks.

Enterprise Account Executive

People Operations

• Own key People Ops processes end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, paperwork, equipment, systems access
• Serve as internal lead for payroll, benefits, leave, and employee records, partnering with external vendors
• Maintain employee handbook, workplace policies, and ensure compliance across jurisdictions
• Own execution of performance management: manage timelines, coordinate feedback cycles, keep quality high
• Maintain and evolve compensation philosophy and benchmarking infrastructure
• Coordinate internal team events, offsites, and cultural rituals
• Act as first point of contact for sensitive employee issues (international relocations, terminations, complex transitions)
• Take on ad hoc operational challenges—automation, documentation, system design

People Operations Generalist

Business Operations

• Work on the company’s most critical problems across strategy, operations, product and BD
• Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities
• Lead special operations projects like revamping pricing, streamlining billing, or automating onboarding
• Contribute to the expansion and maintenance of Turnkey’s core operating system including strategic and financial planning, board materials, and company objectives reporting
• Provide input on product development informed by customer experiences and market trends
• Assist with sales and BD efforts: participating in direct sales, building strategic partner relationships, creating sales materials, and summarizing sales learnings
• Build new processes and functions from the ground up and handle knotty operational challenges

Solutions Engineer

• Work directly with customers in the pre-sales phase to evaluate their use cases and guide technical decision-making
• Design and prototype lightweight integration examples using Turnkey’s APIs and SDKs
• Join technical calls to answer questions around security architecture, enclave infrastructure, and developer workflows
• Develop integration plans for customers and collaborate with the Customer Support team in their implementation
• Contribute to customer-facing materials: sample code, technical diagrams, implementation guides, whitepapers, etc.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to scope integration paths and unblock deals
• Assist in completing security, infrastructure, and architecture due diligence forms
• Capture technical feedback and relay product feature gaps back to the internal team
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of our developer experience, including flagging gaps in documentation or SDKs
