About the role
- Assisting with user account setup, permissions, and troubleshooting for employee-reported issues
- Entering, validating, and auditing employee data within Workday
- Generating standard and custom reports for HR and finance departments
- Assisting with system updates, testing new releases, and understanding new Workday features
- Helping to create and maintain user procedures, guidelines, and system process documentation
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of experience with Workday HCM
- Basic understanding of Workday's capabilities and configuration
- Familiarity with data entry, report writing, and system configuration
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel
