Account Executive

• The Enterprise Account Executive is accountable for generating net new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in alignment with quarterly and annual performance targets within an assigned geographic or vertical territory.
• Drive new business acquisition by establishing and cultivating strategic relationships with executive-level stakeholders at enterprise and Fortune 1000 companies.
• Consistently achieve or surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets, along with defined KPIs, in alignment with the company’s sales objectives.
• Partner closely with the Sales Development team to execute a structured and data-driven outbound strategy that results in a qualified and sustainable pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
• Lead comprehensive discovery processes to deeply understand customer pain points, business challenges, and operational goals, positioning Trustwell’s solutions as tailored, high-impact offerings.
• Deliver compelling, consultative sales presentations—both virtually and in-person—that build trust and credibility with senior decision-makers.
• Effectively communicate the strategic and operational value of Trustwell’s SaaS platform, with a focus on the evolving needs of the food industry, including compliance, labeling, and supply chain transparency.
• Collaborate with Sales Engineers to coordinate and execute in-depth product demonstrations that are aligned to specific business use cases.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline management through accurate forecasting, opportunity qualification, and proactive engagement, utilizing the company’s CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Ensure all sales activities, customer interactions, and engagement milestones are thoroughly documented and maintained in the CRM system.
• Commit to continuous learning and development to remain current on Trustwell’s evolving product offerings, the competitive landscape, and best-in-class enterprise sales methodologies.

Enterprise Account Executive

• As the Director of Account Management, you will be responsible for the retention, growth, and overall satisfaction of Trustwell's customer portfolio across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise Accounts.
• This role leads both the Account Management team, responsible for renewals and expansion opportunities, and the Key Account Management team, responsible for developing executive-level relationships and driving renewal, upsell, and cross-sell strategies within Trustwell's most strategic customers.
• You will play a critical role in building strong client partnerships, maximizing customer value, and driving revenue growth through customer retention and expansion.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the account management team to consistently achieve renewal and growth goals, while fostering a culture where customer retention and expansion are always top priorities.
• Own renewal, retention, upsell, and cross-sell performance across the account portfolio, with accountability for achieving revenue retention and expansion targets.
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews with Account Managers and Key Account Managers to assess renewal risk, validate forecasts, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure a unified approach to customer success.
• Drive operational excellence across the account management organization through consistent use of CRM, customer success platforms, account planning processes, and performance reporting.

DevOps Engineer

• As a Dev Ops Engineer II, you are a member of a dynamic and agile DevOps team responsible for building the platforms, systems, and services that power our customer facing products.
• You will work closely with our Software Engineers as well as your Engineering Management leadership team to stay ahead of the curve with our products, architecture, and the latest DevOps principles.
• You will participate in driving operational best practices on your team and drive improvements as necessary.
• The DevOps Engineer II will also contribute to Trustwell's cloud-native platform initiatives, including Kubernetes (EKS), GitOps-based deployment models, infrastructure automation, container orchestration, and platform modernization efforts.
• This role will help design, build, operate, and continuously improve scalable application platforms and deployment systems that support Trustwell's product portfolio.

• Ensuring employees are paid accurately and on schedule.
• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
• Own detail-oriented HR operations, including HRIS (Rippling) data integrity, employee files, and routine HR reporting.
• Support candidate filtering and screening for standard, high volume roles, and provide light recruiting support.

• The VP, Sales Enablement & GTM Strategy is responsible for maximizing revenue productivity and driving execution excellence across Trustwell’s go-to-market organization.
• This leader serves as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer and is accountable for ensuring sales teams have the processes, training, methodologies, content, tools, and operational discipline required to consistently achieve revenue objectives.
• This role owns sales enablement, onboarding, sales readiness, forecast governance, GTM program execution, product launch readiness, performance management frameworks, and strategic revenue initiatives.
• Working closely with Revenue Operations, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Success, and Sales Leadership, this individual will translate company strategy into repeatable programs that improve effectiveness across the entire customer lifecycle.
