About the role
- Serve as the primary relationship manager and point of contact for key partners.
- Develop and execute tailored engagement strategies that deepen partner satisfaction.
- Ensure sponsorship deliverables are executed such as branding exposure and recognition opportunities.
- Conduct regular partner check-ins and coordinate follow-up actions to strengthen partner success.
- Oversee partner-facing logistics for events, webinars, and executive sessions.
- Monitor fintech and credit union trends to identify potential partners and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in partnerships, sponsorships, and/or business development.
- Proven success in managing multiple external relationships with professionalism, empathy, and follow-through.
- Excellent communicator — clear, credible, and engaging across meetings, calls, and written communication.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
