About the role
- Identify life stage events ripe for x-sell or upsell.
- Forecast financial impact, align with stakeholders to test, and implement the concept.
- Identify consumer pain points and define marketing automation to optimize the delivery of the solution to customer opportunities.
- Define data sources for events.
- Build value propositions for email capture in collaboration with functional business owner.
- Assess VNB, ROC, and ME associated with campaigns.
- Collaborate with analytics on A/B and multivariate testing across campaigns.
- Develop prioritization framework for campaign optimization.
- Utilize six sigma principles for variation reduction.
- Determine best reach out method for life event and demographic.
- Develop new/innovative use cases using the customer data platform.
- Extend the use of the customer data platform to new audiences, channels, and products.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to socialize channel best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a marketing environment.
- Project management skills.
- Indirect leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Ability to work in a project-oriented team environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience managing customer-driven marketing automation initiatives.
- Preferred Qualifications: Salesforce marketing cloud, test/learn, segmented and automated journey
