Own and expand all inbound and outbound demand generation funnels (website, paid media, email, events, content).
Manage and execute content strategy on behalf of the leadership team (e.g., thought leadership, product updates, insights).
Lead the planning content-driven campaigns.
Oversee cold and warm outreach campaigns, including campaign messaging, targeting, and sequencing.
Build retargeting and remarketing strategies to capture missed opportunities.
Track, test, and continuously improve conversion rates across all growth channels and sales funnels.
Use analytics to identify friction points and opportunities throughout the buyer journey.
Implement best-in-class tools and frameworks for A/B testing, lead scoring, and campaign performance tracking.
Manage and mentor our Business Development (BD) team, ensuring they’re equipped with the tools, messaging, and workflows needed to succeed.
Define and monitor KPIs across outreach, pipeline velocity, and opportunity quality.
Requirements
5–8+ years of experience in growth, demand generation, or performance marketing—ideally in a B2B SaaS or DaaS environment.
Deep understanding of the B2B sales funnel and buyer journey, especially in high-consideration/longer-cycle industries.
Proven track record running paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads), cold outreach campaigns, and content-led marketing.
Excellent analytical skills and comfort using data to drive decisions.
Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Webflow, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Ads.
Experience managing or working closely with a business development team.
Background in real estate technology or familiarity with the North American real estate ecosystem is a plus.
