• Develop and execute the North America sales strategy aligned to company growth objectives, target segments, and product roadmap.
• Translate ARR and bookings targets into territory, segment, and rep‑level plans with clear quotas and activity expectations.
• Own pipeline creation, progression, and conversion; ensure accurate forecasting and predictable delivery of quarterly and annual goals.
• Use data to continuously refine territory design, coverage models, and sales motions to improve win rates and shorten sales cycles.
• Build, lead, and develop a world‑class sales team, including account executives and outbound/SDR resources.
• Personally engage on strategic opportunities, executive‑level negotiations, and key customer relationships across North America.
• Partner with Marketing to align on ICPs, campaigns, lead quality, and pipeline targets by segment and region.

Platform Engineer

• Assist in building and maintaining data ingestion and transformation pipelines from internal and external data sources.
• Learn to design data models for SQL, NoSQL, and modern data stores (e.g., vector or graph databases).
• Support efforts to integrate and test ML models for tasks like entity resolution, semantic enrichment, and similarity search.
• Work with senior engineers to optimize data workflows, monitor data quality, and improve pipeline performance.
• Contribute to documentation, testing, and experimentation around new data tools and techniques.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to deliver reliable, scalable data solutions.

Account Executive

• Drive new business - Manage the full acquisition cycle, identifying and pursuing new opportunities while strategically growing relationships within target accounts
• Develop stakeholders relationships - Build trusting relationships with senior stakeholders by understanding and foreseeing how our products meet their needs and create value.
• Pipeline development - Work closely with Marketing, Revenue Operations, & Sales Development to target sales campaigns and events to drive pipeline creation.
• Lead complex sales cycles - Manage all opportunities through the sales cycle while balancing conversion and longer term business opportunities.
• Product demonstrations & evaluations - Coordinate prospective & current customer evaluations of Trulioo working closely with solution consulting and other product experts, performing demos and using mutual project plans.
