Partner with the General Manager to plan and implement strategies to drive service standards and positive sales results
Maintain brand standards in visual merchandising
Ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state specific regulations and company SOPs
Provide coaching, training, and development to the team focused on company service standards and accountability
Monitor and maintain store inventory and assist in managing labor budget to meet business needs
Handle and resolve patient issues and escalations when on duty
Maintain professional working relationships with business partners and strict confidentiality and compliance
Perform other tasks assigned by management and be available after hours for emergency situations
Physical responsibilities: move throughout facility, manipulate objects up to 50 lbs, ascend/descend steps, crouch/stoop/kneel, occasional seated work
Requirements
Two years of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience
Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area is a plus
Prior cash handling experience
Must possess the ability to train, develop and evaluate a team of 40+ employees
Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism; ability to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
Able to communicate in conversational English to work effectively with customers and team members
Ability to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.), comprehend safety procedures, and utilize telecommunication devices
Proven ability to analyze data and draw appropriate conclusions to inform policies and procedures
Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass an MVR background check (delivery locations only)
Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must function independently, and have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude
