About the role
- Establish project frameworks for executing development projects and fostering team collaboration
- Evaluate wireframes and designs to determine complexity; break down tasks, create timelines, and manage project backlogs
- Comprehend technical specifications including frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and integrations (site search, advertising, APIs, personalization, localization/internationalization, analytics)
- Facilitate Agile processes (Scrum and Kanban): create and manage issues in Jira, translate roadmaps into actionable stories, maintain backlogs, estimate tasks, and lead Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Client Engagement/Production leads and Technical Directors
- Lead the strategy and execution of complex engineering projects focused on top-of-funnel user experiences, revenue technologies, and content management systems
Requirements
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban
- Hands-on experience with Atlassian products, particularly Jira and Confluence
- CMS platform experience with Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)
- Experience delivering and deploying large-scale enterprise engineering projects (development and maintenance phases)
- Product ownership mentality: ability to take full ownership of the product lifecycle
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications including frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and integrations (site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization, internationalization, analytics)
