About the role
- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns (PPC, display, social, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for conversions, cost efficiency, and audience targeting
- Collaborate with content and design teams to craft compelling ad creatives
- Monitor campaign performance and produce actionable insights and reports
- Stay current with platform updates and best practices
- Conduct A/B tests to improve ad performance and landing page conversions
- Focus on performance-based advertising, lead generation, and maximizing ROI across Google Ads, LinkedIn, and other channels
Requirements
- 3+ years experience managing paid media campaigns
- Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and similar platforms
- Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing funnels
- Experience with Google Analytics and campaign tracking/attribution
- Solid analytical skills and experience with reporting dashboards
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
