About the role

  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals
  • Promote and sell digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, etc.) and/or HubSpot CRM solutions
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads
  • Conduct needs analysis and tailor customized proposals and presentations
  • Manage pipeline using CRM tools, preferably HubSpot
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements

  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM and Hubs (Marketing, Sales, Service, CMS)
  • 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital marketing or SaaS
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (sales or implementation) is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and services
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently or in a team
  • HubSpot Sales or Marketing certification (preferred)
  • Prior agency experience (a plus)
