About the role
- Senior Social Media Specialist to run client’s social media pages and oversee online presence
- Create engaging content, strategies, monitoring usage statistics, and managing social campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with digital technologies and social media trends; possess outstanding communication abilities
- Manage client social media presence to grow online traffic and consumer interaction; support marketing and sales efforts
- Design and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals; define KPIs and report ROI
- Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences
- Engage with followers and develop discussions; respond to queries timely
- Collaborate with designers to ensure top-notch content quality; innovate content types to drive engagement
Requirements
- 3+ years of proven work experience in social media, preferably in a B2B SaaS company
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Knowledge of online marketing channels
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with web design is an added advantage
- Good understanding of social media KPIs
- Excellent knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media best practices
