About the role
- Define, own, and execute the company's overall growth strategy focused on market expansion, acquisition, and engagement
- Architect and manage performance marketing across paid social, SEM, and display to optimize ROI and CAC
- Identify and prioritize growth levers across the full customer funnel from awareness to retention
- Lead non-paid acquisition efforts including SEO and content marketing to increase organic reach and community engagement
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to influence roadmap and prioritize growth-driving features
- Champion a culture of rapid experimentation; define, track, and analyze key growth metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
- Develop and test pricing and promotional strategies to improve conversions and unit economics
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing growth team (where applicable)
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in growth marketing or a similar role
- Proven track record of driving measurable growth within B2C or consumer technology companies
- Deep, hands-on expertise in PPC, SEO, social media advertising, and app install campaigns
- Strong analytical skills; experience translating data into actionable strategies (CAC, LTV, conversion rates)
- Experience with performance marketing across paid social, SEM, and display channels
- Experience leading organic growth: SEO and content marketing
- Proven experimentation and A/B testing experience
- Ability to collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams; influence product roadmap
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strategic thinker and hands-on operator
