About the role

Lead the strategy and execution of complex engineering projects
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale development initiatives
Focus on top-of-funnel user experiences, revenue technologies, and content management systems
Establish project frameworks to define structure for executing development projects and foster team collaboration
Evaluate wireframes and designs to determine complexity, break down tasks, create timelines, and manage project backlogs for the development team
Comprehend technical specifications including frontend architecture, CMS implementations, and integrations (site search, advertising, APIs, personalization, localization/internationalization, analytics)
Facilitate Agile processes: translate product roadmaps into actionable stories, create and manage Jira issues, maintain backlogs, estimate tasks, and lead Agile ceremonies in collaboration with Client Engagement/Production leads and Technical Directors

Demonstrated experience with Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
Hands-on experience with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence)
Experience with CMS platforms (Contentful, Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Experience Manager - AEM)
Proven track record delivering enterprise-level engineering projects and maintenance
Product ownership mentality: ability to take full ownership of product lifecycle from strategy to execution
Ability to understand frontend architecture and CMS implementations
Experience with integrations: site search, advertising, APIs, personalization tools, localization/internationalization, analytics
Experience creating and managing issues in Jira, maintaining backlogs, estimating tasks, and leading Agile ceremonies
Strong collaboration with Client Engagement/Production leads and Technical Directors
