About the role

  • Bitwave empowers businesses to adopt and manage digital assets with subledger, accounting, and stablecoin payment solutions
  • Own and execute product marketing strategy including documentation, sales whitepapers, solution landing pages
  • Own and execute content strategy including blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, emails, landing pages
  • Create, edit, and publish high-quality content across web, email, BitwaveU, social, including written content and graphics
  • Create professional graphics, social media graphics, sales slide decks, and infographics
  • Develop and manage the editorial calendar aligned with campaigns, product launches, and partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external freelancers or agencies to scale content production
  • Lead AI-driven content discoverability efforts, optimizing for LLM-based search and summarization
  • Repurpose content for video, social snippets, email nurtures, or in-platform use
  • Support partner marketing with co-branded content, webinar follow-ups, and promotional materials
  • Work cross-functionally with product managers, sales teams, and CPAs/accountants targeting CFOs, CAOs, controllers, and finance professionals
  • Small company (<50 employees) role requiring flexibility, organization, and self-direction

Requirements

  • 5+ years of content marketing experience in Fintech, crypto, blockchain, accounting or enterprise SaaS software
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills — able to simplify complex technical topics into more easily understood material
  • A good eye for design and basic graphic design skills
  • Demonstrated ability to manage an editorial calendar and work across teams, and to pivot when necessary
  • Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, content analytics, and web publishing
  • Experience using Webflow, Adobe suite, HubSpot, WordPress, Google Search Console, basic HTML, Zoom, and other similar tools
  • Passion for or curiosity about AI-driven search/discoverability, with a willingness to experiment and stay current
  • Experience working with freelancers or agencies (recommended)
  • Prior exposure to creating educational content or working within CPE-based learning platforms (recommended)
  • Comfort producing short-form video or social content (recommended)
  • Prior understanding of Bitwave’s ICPs — finance, operations and accounting teams at large enterprises (recommended)
