About the role

- Perform comprehensive advanced testing including performance, security, accessibility, and API testing.
- Evaluate, recommend, and implement new automation tools and AI-driven testing approaches.
- Mentor QA team members on automation best practices and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Utilize AI-driven testing tools for automated test case generation, visual regression analysis, and predictive bug identification.
- Research and introduce new methods and technologies to the team to stay ahead of industry trends.
Requirements
- Expert-level knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and automation frameworks.
- Advanced coding skills with extensive experience in creating and maintaining test automation suites.
- Proven experience with a variety of modern testing frameworks such as Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or Appium.
- Practical experience with performance testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms and DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline integration (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Demonstrated experience using AI-driven testing tools (e.g., Testim, Applitools) to streamline testing efforts.
- Strong understanding of API testing and experience with tools like Postman or Insomnia.
- Ability to develop comprehensive testing methodologies for a wide range of software products.
- Experience performing performance, security, accessibility, and API testing.
- Proven leadership and mentorship experience guiding QA teams and improving quality processes.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to translate technical information for non-technical audiences.
