About the role
- Ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms by executing structured manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.
- Design, execute, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows to improve reliability and scalability.
- Perform thorough API testing, validating integrations, and identifying edge cases to strengthen API stability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
- Drive test coverage, regression testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes to enhance release confidence.
- Produce well-documented test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA metrics; actively participate in sprint ceremonies and release cycles.
Requirements
- 2+ years of QA experience in a product-driven environment.
- Strong proficiency in manual testing and test case writing.
- Experience testing web and mobile applications with multiple user roles.
- Hands-on experience with API testing (Postman, REST, GraphQL, etc.).
- Familiarity with or experience in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to reproduce and document complex issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in agile, cross-functional teams.
