• Ensure product quality across web and mobile platforms by executing structured manual tests, writing clear and reusable test cases, and validating functionality across multiple user roles.
• Design, execute, and maintain test automation scripts and frameworks for core workflows to improve reliability and scalability.
• Perform thorough API testing, validating integrations, and identifying edge cases to strengthen API stability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and designers to embed quality into every phase of the product lifecycle.
• Drive test coverage, regression testing, and continuous improvement of QA processes to enhance release confidence.
• Produce well-documented test plans, test cases, bug reports, and QA metrics; actively participate in sprint ceremonies and release cycles.
