About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead development of scalable user-facing features using React and TypeScript
Translate Figma designs into clean, responsive, and production-ready interfaces
Build reusable, maintainable, and extensible frontend components and libraries
Optimize applications for performance, accessibility, responsiveness, and scalability
Maintain and improve existing frontend architecture and codebases
Collaborate closely with backend engineers to define APIs and data contracts
Participate in architecture discussions and technical planning sessions
Leverage modern AI development tools to improve engineering productivity and delivery speed
Conduct regular code reviews and mentor junior/mid-level engineers
Identify technical debt areas and proactively recommend modernization strategies
Ensure engineering best practices in scalability, maintainability, testing, and security
Take ownership of deliverables and ensure timely execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience with React.js in production environments
Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
Deep understanding of component-based architecture and modern frontend patterns
Experience with state management solutions such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand
Strong understanding of REST APIs and asynchronous data handling
Experience with frontend performance optimization techniques
Strong Git and version control practices
Hands-on experience using AI-powered developer tools in day-to-day engineering workflows
Ability to effectively use AI for debugging, refactoring, documentation, and productivity improvements
Experience performing peer code reviews and mentoring engineers
Understanding of frontend security best practices
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with high ownership and accountability
