About the role

  • Lead QA for the project, ensuring all testing activities meet required quality standards.
  • Design, develop, and maintain test plans, test cases, and automated/manual test scripts.
  • Drive functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
  • Manage defects end-to-end using tools such as JIRA and test management platforms.
  • Leverage automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress) and API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI).
  • Conduct performance and load testing using tools like JMeter.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, product owners, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.
  • Provide clear reporting, highlight risks, and ensure issues are resolved before go-live.
  • Own end-to-end QA from test design through to final sign-off.

Requirements

  • 5+ years QA experience (manual + automation)
  • Proven track record as a QA Lead/Test Lead, owning QA delivery end-to-end
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies and test processes
  • Hands-on experience in automation, bug tracking (e.g., JIRA), and test management platforms
  • Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress)
  • API testing experience (Postman, SoapUI)
  • Performance and load testing experience (JMeter)
  • Experience driving functional, regression, integration, and performance testing
  • Experience in enterprise-scale or financial projects preferred
  • Understanding of end-to-end QA for digital platforms (UI + backend)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Proactive, collaborative, and able to take ownership of quality outcomes
