About the role

  • Define and run internal QA operations across the product ecosystem
  • Lead the QA lifecycle across new features, releases, and regression testing
  • Coordinate with external QA vendors to define test scopes, timelines, and deliverables
  • Perform hands-on manual testing across consumer-facing and internal-facing applications
  • Create, maintain, and execute comprehensive test cases using tools like Linear, JIRA or equivalents
  • Design and drive structured user testing workflows where applicable
  • Ensure seamless release readiness through pre-launch validations and post-release smoke tests
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Support to identify, prioritize, and resolve quality issues
  • Support accessibility and compliance testing (e.g., WCAG, ADA) across the platform
  • Develop and report on QA metrics that help drive accountability and visibility
  • Champion a culture of quality and proactive problem-solving across the product team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in QA, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Deep understanding of QA methodologies, SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and release management
  • Experience working with external QA partners or offshore teams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, especially in fast-paced environments
  • Skilled in end-to-end testing across web, mobile, and API platforms
  • Bonus: Familiarity with automated testing tools like Cypress, Selenium, or Playwright
  • Authorization to work in the US
