• Main point of contact for SaaS integration and support.
• Guide apparel and footwear retailers through implementing and maintaining True Fit software for their ecommerce platform.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects following True Fit’s methodology to ensure each solution is delivered on schedule.
• Respond to support requests via ticketing, emails, and meetings per strict SLA guidelines.
• Monitor and manage client health alerts via dashboards.
• Drive deliverables, exercise scope control, mitigate risk, and set expectations effectively.
• Adhere to timelines and allocate resources & workloads to prioritize the most important issues/opportunities.

Customer Support Engineer

Product Manager

• As a Truefit Product Owner you'll have the opportunity to help both early and growth stage companies bring great products to market.
• You'll collaborate with our clients to help them build compelling product visions and then refine those visions into a rich backlog that our product team can execute.
• all while helping to grow and nurture Truefit’s high-performing agile practice.
• Become the champion for the client
• Quickly absorb the client's business model and target market and relay them to the cross-functional product team
• Advocate the product vision to the product team and represent the client at all Scrum meetings
• Ensure that product roadmaps are created and clearly communicated internally and externally so that everyone is aligned around the direction of the product
• Foster client engagement and encourage their participation throughout the process but be prepared to make prioritization or implementation decisions in their absence in the interest of preserving the team's forward momentum
• Advise the client on best practices in agile Product Management and prepare them for effective stewardship of their product
• Act as a primary point of contact for the client throughout the project, maintaining a strong relationship and addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Own the backlog
• Guide the client in creating the initial backlog based on their product vision and lead repeated prioritization of that backlog as more is learned about the product and its market fit
• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions to ensure the backlog always represents the most up to date learning about the product
• Guide the team to creating actionable User Stories so the product team can hit the ground running each sprint
• Collaborate with the Architect and QA analyst to define the Acceptance Criteria for each story to ensure the entire team has a clear understanding of each story’s done state
• Understand when tradeoff decisions must be made and collaborate with team members and clients to work through challenging restraints related to scope, budget, or timelines
• Immerse yourself with the product team
• Lead or co-lead various product strategy efforts, as required by the project, to define the vision and approach for the build
• Work alongside the Designer and Architect to identify key opportunities for the product roadmap that align with the client’s go-to-market strategy
• Be an active participant in daily Standups, Sprint Planning sessions, and Retrospectives
• Facilitate regular Sprint Reviews with the client to drive learning and adjust direction accordingly
• Work directly with the product team to answer burning questions or provide clarification
• Keep to the budget and timeline
• Manage the scope and budget of each project and educate the client to the impact of proposed scope changes
• Collaborate with the Scrum Master to forecast the capacity of each team and plan appropriately
• Develop release plans to project completion dates for each phase of the product and communicate changes as learning opportunities unfold
• Work with clients and the team to collect feedback that can be used to improve our working relationship with the client
• Calculate the burn rate of each project, the resulting runway, and prioritize work accordingly
