Technical Project Manager

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer implementations, integrations, and ongoing technical support
• Guide apparel and footwear retailers through onboarding and long-term platform adoption
• Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects from kickoff through launch
• Ensure milestones, timelines, and deliverables are completed on schedule
• Proactively manage scope, risks, priorities, and customer expectations
• Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests via ticketing systems, email, and virtual meetings
• Meet established service level agreements (SLAs)
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and external stakeholders to troubleshoot and resolve technical and implementation challenges
• Provide consultative guidance and translate technical concepts into clear recommendations
• Communicate project progress, timelines, risks, and resolutions to customers and internal stakeholders
• Create and maintain project documentation, implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and customer-facing support resources
• Stay current on product capabilities, releases, and platform enhancements
• Share actionable customer feedback with Product and Engineering teams
• Improve implementation methodologies, support processes, documentation, and internal tools
