About the role
- Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business goals.
- Provide coaching on leadership, performance, and team dynamics.
- Lead employee relations strategy and case management, including investigations, performance improvement plans, and policy interpretation.
- Partner on compensation strategy, salary recommendations, job evaluations, and internal equity reviews.
- Leverage people data to inform and influence business decisions.
- Lead the implementation of HR programs and change initiatives.
- Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure seamless HR solutions.
- Champion inclusion, values, and a healthy workplace culture.
- Support cultural and operational integration for acquisitions.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- 3+ years of experience influencing and coachng leaders at all levels.
- 5+ years of employee relations, including complex case management.
- 2+ years of experience in compensation practices and decision-making.
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate strategy into action.
- Skilled in interpreting and using people data for decision-making.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in change management and navigating complex environments.
