Provide support to our EHS department in tasks related to maintain general knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements, maintain EHS files and records, manage workers access to external facilities, and all other duties as deemed necessary.
Administrative management of occupational health and labour
Control of labour and occupational health and safety documentation of the company, its own workers and subcontractors.
ORP access management for breakdown assistance
Management of the health surveillance of TRISON workers
Review of documentation and validation on TRISON's own CAE platform
ORP management on customer CAE platforms
Delivery of PPE to permanent workers
Documentary records and requests for ORP training in external entities such as SPA, Fundación Laboral de la Construcción, international consultants for ORP courses for works in other countries.
Support for any other task assigned by the head or Coordinator of the department
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, preferably in companies in the technology sector.
Valuable level similar to B2 in English and other languages
Organised, dynamic and proactive person
Analytical and detail oriented
Capacity for planning, problem solving and team work.
